Regular 10' x 10' Booth - In Ambrosia Hall:

$1500 before July 31, 2024 / $1750 after July 31, 2024

Premium 8' x 12' Booth - In Main Foyer:

$1700 before July 31, 2024 / $1950 after July 31, 2024 

Includes:

10 X 10 exhibitor space for Ambrosia Ballroom or 8 x 12 exhibitor space in foyer (for premium booth)

• One 6’ table and 2 chairs

• Registration for 2 representatives.  Registration for any additional representatives will be $250 each.

• *All representatives in attendance must be registered*.  **non-transferrable**

• Company recognition on digital and print promotional material

**Please note** booth fee does not include power. If you require power to your booth, please contact Encore through the order form attached below

Booth allocation is on a first come first served basis.  The CFPM reserves the right to determine the final floor plan and booth allocation.
